The VI-SEEM Workflow, pipelines and software tools repository service provides several modules such as documents containing best practice procedures, workflows and pipelines for the production of scientific results relevant to the application categories identified in the SEEM region. Examples of such documents are the workflows and pipelines for simulating a protein with NAMD or with GROMACS (Life Sciences), Reflectance Transformation imaging process description from DIOPTRA (Digital Cultural Heritage) and the MECCA atmospheric chemistry module on accelerator technology (Climate).
